The company was founded by Katrina and is based in Dafen, Llanelli.

It was registered with Companies House in March 2013 and began trading in March 2015.

Founder and Director is Katrina D. Jones-Dunstall RGN, Dip, BSc (Hons), PGCE. Who believes that care should be at the heart of each community.  ​

Katrina is a registered nurse and has over 20 years of experience within the National Health Service, Independent   Sector, Safeguarding, and Complex Care.

Training is delivered by Katrina, whose qualifications include: Diploma and BSc Honours Degree in Nursing, Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Her experience covers Adult Nursing within Theatre, Recovery, Cardiac, Rehabilitation, and Elderly Care. The jump into the Independent Sector as a Matron/Manager gave her the opportunity to build her own practice and enabled her to incorporate the values and beliefs as to what a care home should be like, following a bottom-up approach.

The last eleven years have been spent as a Complex Care Specialist Nurse and Safeguarding Investigator, working jointly with Social Services and the Local Health Board. This experience is essential when your staff has the opportunity to ask questions which are relevant and important to their own working environment and needs.

Our Domiciliary Care Service will be run by our Care Companion Teams, who are situated within each geographical area we cover. We are proud of our Care Companions who will always wear a smile. They are knowledgeable, honest, and reliable, always there to lend a hand whenever you need them.

Each Team has a Team Leader whose role is to ensure that you and your family are safe, cared for, and have a life to enjoy together, with that little bit of help and support.
