Taking Care:

Befriending service. Caring companionship is an important part of care delivery. Our Care Companions take the time to listen, get to know you as an individual. Our befriending service takes the time to empower you to live your life again.

Our Care Companions will assist you to keep in touch with you friends and relatives, by helping you with letter writing, fun outings of your choice, engaging and being a part of the community experiences and all the things that you would like to do.

We will help set out achievable outcomes with you to help improve/maintain your independence.

Assist with planning your day/week.

Taking you too and from appointments.

If you are looking after a loved one, we can provide a befriending service/respite service to allow you to have time for your own interests.

Preparing meals and light housework which includes washing/ironing clothes.

Completion of food/fluid charts as required.
Enhanced Care:

Stay Comfortable and safe in your own home.

Support with lifes essentials - washing, bathing and toileting.

Assistance with eating/drinking as and when required.

Promoting of continence and assistance with incontinence.

Assistance with mobility and transfers, including help getting in and out of bed.
